Now that Wingrove’s new series Roads to Moscow has found a publisher, I face a dilemma with this site. Should Of Gifts and Stones remain solely focused on Chung Kuo, or should I cover other of David Wingrove’s works as well? Help me out and click on the poll below. Comments are welcome, too.

More Roads to Moscow news
Friend of Of Gifts and Stones, Goonda, reports in:
It looks like book 2 of Roads to Moscow will be called “The Language Of The Blood”. Both books are listed on Amazon.co.uk (both have prices, book 1 also has description and release date) and book 1 is listed on Amazon.com (no info at all, just a title)

Review round-up and big news
Big thanks to commenter Antonio for bringing all these items to my attention.
First up, a slew of reviews on other sites worth checking out:
- Losing It: Les Bessant’s Ramblings has a section devoted to the revised Chung Kuo series, with overall thoughts and brief rundowns of each book.
- More Chung Kuo reviews at The Piper at the Gates of Fantasy
- Chung Kuo reviews at The Book Plank
- All of sfbooks.com‘s reviews of David Wingrove’s works.
Next up, and this is huge news: big-time publisher Random House seems to have officially picked up David Wingrove’s new series, Roads to Moscow, with Book 1: The Empire of Time listed with a release date of April 3, 2014. Mark your calendars, people!
Lastly, if you’re in the area and have no plans two days from now, David will be hosting a workshop on Writing Science Fiction. Lunch is included – what more could you ask for?
More news as it comes in, and if you happen to find anything worthwhile, like Antonio did, please feel free to send it along.
